Project Overview
HomeFix is a home improvement company based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, specialising in fascia, soffit, cladding, and roofline replacements.
When they came to us, they were running Google Ads with another agency but were frustrated with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and no real visibility on what results the campaigns were driving.

In month one, we optimised for clicks to gather as much data as possible. Once we had enough volume, we switched to optimising for conversions, now backed by clear indicators of what a valuable lead looked like.
Google’s algorithm began recognising patterns in the data and started delivering ads to users most likely to become high-value customers.
4. Launching Google Local Services
We set up and optimised Google Local Services Ads for HomeFix — giving them access to another stream of high-intent leads, especially via mobile calls, and further expanding their reach in the local area.
